Jamie had the vision over 10 years ago to start a different kind of recruiting company. Understanding the frustration of her clients, she wanted a firm that would operate with honesty and integrity and recognize the needs of clients as well as candidates. Her energetic and honest approach, with sincere concern for helping others to succeed, has contributed to her success.

Jamie also gives back to the community by speaking at colleges and businesses for career success.

She proudly participates in The Straight Skinny, a seminar to help military personnel transition to civilian employment. She conducts sessions in the seminar that teaches military personnel how to prepare a professional resume, interview for potential jobs, and search for employment.
